She was educated at the University of Western Australia where she obtained a BA (Hons.) In addition to teaching Italian for many years, Juliana has also taught French and English. In addition to teaching, writing Italian courses and reading, another one of Juliana's interests is genuine Italian cooking. Initially, she learned to cook from her grandmother and her mother, who were both fabulous cooks. Then she spent many years researching Italian cooking and experimenting with the various styles of Italian cooking. Juliana has been a very successful teacher of Italian for many years. She has had extensive experience in teaching both adults and young people. This possible experience is reflected in both her classes and her lively, user cordial publications. Juliana has been passionate about Italy, Italian language and Italian life and culture all her life. She grew up bilingually in an Italian family, speaking Italian and English, and she has spent a lifetime teaching Italian and writing Italian courses for English speakers. Her focus in teaching Beginners is on Conversational and Travel Italian. Juliana's experience in teaching Italian to thousands of adults and young people is reflected in her practical, effortless and popular language classes and in her comprehensive, easy to trail published Italian language courses, which have been used very successfully in hundreds of Italian classes and by considerable self learners.
